Connecting creative professionals with employers

For many creative professionals in artistic fields today, freelance "gig" work is a main source of income. From visual artists to musicians to dancers, it's important to have the ability to find gigs and apply to them easily, expanding personal and professional networks while getting important work experience to continue expanding one's career.

However, finding gigs today isn't that simple - most job search companies are not geared towards those working in the arts, and most venues may not have the resources to utilize these sites effectively or host their own job applications online. With the lack of awareness of local gigs and local artists, it is difficult to connect open gigs with creative professionals open to work.

Giggable aims to close this gap! By allowing potential employers to sign up to post listings for open gigs whenever one arises as well as allowing creative professionals to browse available listings near them that fit their skills, local talent and local employers are able to easily establish connections. Additionally, employers can host job application portals directly on Giggable itself, removing the need to host applications on a third party site.
